Mengzhudong Feng (Timmy)

Independent Researcher in Mathematics and AI

I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2026, under the supervision of Prof. Jeremiah Heller. I am currently on the postdoctoral job market and am also open to suitable opportunities in industry.

I am interested in extending cohomology theories to motivic and/or equivariant settings. Recently, I have become interested in applying LLM tools to real-world applications, particularly in the fields of education and science.
